Evaluating RFPs For IPDR Compliance
A presentation given by John Reynolds, President of Integrated Architectures, at Telestrategies Billing World 2001 in Orlando, Florida on June 26, 2001. The IPDR, or IP Data Record, is a standard for capturing and tranferring accounting and billing information for the new generation of IP-based services such as 2.5G, 3G, digital cable, wireless LAN (WLAN), wireless WAN, and IP Telephony. In this presentation, Mr. Reynolds details the questions service providers need to ask themselves and their vendors when implementing a billable, IP-based service.
